Is DroneDeploy the right fit
 for your operations?

Who is Progress AI built for?

Project executives, VDC managers, superintendents and owners’ representatives tracking construction progress across active projects use Progress AI to get accurate, up-to-date work-in-place status without manual reporting. It connects captured site imagery to trade-level activity data by location, giving every team member in the delivery chain a current, verified view of progress across the portfolio.

What does Progress AI actually measure?

Progress AI measures work-in-place. After a drone flight or 360 walk, Progress AI returns percent complete by location, trade status by date and area, and installed work across 80+ trade types. See which trades Progress AI tracks for the full list. No schedule or BIM model is required.

Does Progress AI require a BIM model or schedule?

Progress AI has no prerequisites. It detects real-world progress directly from imagery – installed work, sequencing and changes – without a schedule or BIM. If you have a model, it can be incorporated, but it is not required to get started.

How long does it take to get a Progress AI report?

Within two hours of upload – the same day as capture. See the Progress AI help article for a full breakdown of what the report includes and how it is structured.

Does Progress AI work with drone data, 360 walks, or both?

Both work. Progress AI processes aerial drone data and ground-level 360 Walks in the same session. Teams can capture from the air and the ground, and the report combines both data types.

What makes this different from other AI progress tracking tools?

Most legacy tools require weeks of setup, a dedicated BIM model and substantial onboarding overhead. Progress AI is live in under an hour at a fraction of the cost. That makes daily progress tracking viable on fit-outs, solar farms, data centers, and any project where regular capture makes sense.

Who on the project uses Progress AI outputs?

Superintendents use it to coordinate daily crew work and catch trades falling behind. VDC teams use it to validate site against plan. Project executives and owners use it for portfolio oversight.

Can Progress AI run across a full portfolio at once?

Progress AI runs at the portfolio level. Owners, developers and project executives see work-in-place status across all active projects from one place.

Does Progress AI work on solar, data centers, or infrastructure projects?

Progress AI runs on solar farms, data centers, tenant fit-outs and infrastructure projects in addition to traditional construction. The detection model covers a broad range of installation types and scales to any project size.

What does onboarding look like?

Progress AI goes live in under an hour. No BIM modeling, no dedicated integration work for most use cases. Your team captures data and receives the first report in the same session.

Can Progress AI reports be shared with owners outside the platform?

Reports are shareable by link or export. Owners and executives receive regular progress updates without a full platform seat. Each report includes visual evidence tied to location, date and trade.
